Last years Batman title, Arkham Origins, had fans wondering why WB Montreal developed the game and not it’s usual developer, Rocksteady. There were rumors going around that Rocksteady was perhaps working on a DC Silver Age game. Now we know what Rocksteady has been working on over the past year, and it is, in fact, and new Arkham title. In fact, it will be a conclusion to the Batman: Arkham series. And it’s name: Batman: Arkham Knight. Check out the announcement trailer.

And yes, Kevin Conroy is returning to play Batman.
The game looks great, as is usually with the previous installments. We already have an idea of what villains we’ll be seeing. In the trailer, we heard the voice of Scarecrow, we know that Harley Quinn will be in the game in some way seeing that you can play as her when you preorder the game, and we saw Two-Face and The Penguin in the trailer. So there already seems to be a good line up in the rogues gallery so far.
I know that PS3 and 360 owners are probably drooling right know, but you guys are out of luck. The reason why WB Games Montreal developed Origins was because Rocksteady was busy making Arkham Knight for the next gen consoles. So it will only be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
No release date has been given, but if it follows its predecessors, expect it around Thanksgiving.
